What exactly is “guidance”?
An expert helps you understand the material, plan your approach and improve your own work through explanation and feedback. You do the writing, the solving and the submitting.
How are sessions delivered?
By video call or live chat, at a time that suits you. You receive notes and any resources afterwards.
What subjects do you cover?
Business, sciences, mathematics, computing, nursing and health, humanities and academic writing. Tell us your subject and we will confirm we have the right specialist.
Can I keep the same expert?
Yes. With a session pack or mentorship plan you work with the same expert throughout, wherever possible.
Academic integrity
Will you complete my assignment or take my exam for me?
No. We never write assignments for submission, sit exams, quizzes or proctored tests, or log in to your accounts. Requests like that are declined.
How do I know guidance is allowed on my course?
Policies differ between institutions and instructors. Check your syllabus or ask your instructor. When you book, you confirm the help you want is permitted, and your expert will pause if it is not.
Can you review my draft?
Yes, where feedback is permitted. We comment on structure, clarity, reasoning and referencing. You make every change yourself.
Can you help me prepare for an exam?
Yes. We build revision plans, practise questions and work on technique with you. You sit the exam on your own.
Booking & payments
How quickly can I get a session?
Usually within a day, depending on subject and time zone. Message us on WhatsApp for the fastest answer.
What if I need to reschedule?
Let us know at least 12 hours before your session and we will move it at no charge.
How do I pay?
Payment details are shared when your session is confirmed. You only pay for guidance time.
